    Witty Comics #2 1945

One weird funny book! I just obtained Mr Burk's copy so this one is up for grabs. Very creepy corpse falling out of a closet cover. Just one of only a couple of this genre books I know of. Also has a Superhero story The Pioneer. Real unusual and hard to find.

A nice, flat, clean complete copy. Has a small tear at bottom of spine and very neatly spine split 1-1/4" from bottom. Centerfold is neatly detached from single staple. Not ragged on edges. No other major tears, creases or any missing pieces. Interior paper is cream but supple with no tears or creases.

  3. A pair old old Pogo books!

Carl Barks and Walt Kelly were just masters of the funny Animals. Kelly really hit his stride with these Pogo tales. Appealed to people of all ages.

Here I offer Pogo Peek-A-Book 1955 first printing and Pogo Sunday Book 1956 first printing. Both in excellent shape with just minor wear.

Sold together for $25.00 + $5.00 media mail postage (they are heavy). I hate to sell them so cheap but sadly, most people aren't sophisticated to appreciate this classic humor any more.

Capt Easy #13 July 1948 Standard Publications

Signed Schomburg Xela GGA cover. Classic sexy bondage, socially un-acceptable natives and violence!

From the same collection as all the rest of these. Bright color and complete. Slightly rolled spine. Both staples are rust through to centerfold. Some water rippling and light stains. Back cover looks the worst. Musty smell, no mold. Cover detached from book. Interior paper is a little dirty but supple. Looks OK in a mylar as a filler.

  5. SOLD!

    Archie's Madhouse #22 Oct 1962

This is the one gang. Great robot cover and first appearance of Sabrina the Teen age Witch. Hard to find.

Sad copy though... It is missing at least two if not 3 centerfolds. Has a little chipping around edges and just general wear. Sabrina origin is complete though. Interior paper is supple. About as cheap a reader as you are likely to find.

  6. OK, you know I gotta do it. If you don't like these, go over to Ricksneatstuff sale. He's burning up the boards with some of the coolest stuff around.

Lot of six 1930's Newspaper Comic Strip giveway contest buttons. Included are the tough Little Orphan Annie, Mr. Bungle, Benny, Toots of Toots and Casper, Pam and Casper. One has some minor scratching and one has some light foxing but the other 4 are excellent condition.

How about $85.00 + $2.50 postage. WAY cheaper than you will find these elsewhere if you see them at all.

  7. Blackhawk #44 Sept. 1951 Quality Pubs

These sure get a bum rap these days. Not fair. This is one great issue. Reed Crandall cover + 3 stories, also stories by Ward and Gufstan.

Nice presenting, clean complete copy. Covers are neatly detached from book. Probably a marriage since the staples just don't seem to line up. Covers are well attached to each other. a couple small tears on back. Glossy and bright with just minor wear. Interior pages are slightly yellowed but supple with no tears or creases. Grab a great reader.

This one needs no introduction. Probably the best cover of the run. Classic stuff!

Book was cut very slightly askew during the trimming process causing one or two pages to protrude out toward the bottom. Centerfold securely attached. No other major tears or creasing.
