This is just an update, but Totally Awesome Hulk 15 variant has sold twice in the last week for around $60+shipping.

I really like the guy doing the regular cover, but if I'm betting money on a larger return on investment, then the cover featuring everyone is my choice. As it stands, I only found one variant, and I picked up 3 regular cover to 15.

One sold for $8 on the 3rd, and one sold for $39.99 today. That's more than tripled.

So Totally Awesome Hulk 16 confirmed the speculation from Totally Awesome Hulk 15. The all Asian team will be known as The Protectors. TAH 15 variant has about tripled in price, but could have legs to go higher once more know of this team. 15's variant is my best bet (although I only found one local), and I picked up three each of the regular cover to 15 and 16. Totally Awesome Hulk 15 features some cool spec. I read the issue, and the story is about the formation of an Asian superhero team. Kamala, Hulk, and Silk are three fan favorites from this group. I read the info on another site, and noticed all the variant buyitnows have sold in the last two weeks. The story drove me to grab a copy of the variant. Huge market with an Asian team, and that title is a very low print run.

Got me there. The lack of any background or foreground is definitely what makes those books valuable. Yanni, that is not what I was saying. I'm simply saying that Campbell often goes without background.

I love when people complain about the lack of background, but the wolverine, and the siege variants have no background, and they are his highest valued books.

Finally read issue 1, and I'm hooked. I don't know why I didn't believe the hype, but I'm glad I finally gave it a chance. It's too late. They have me. The art is leagues above so many other current books.
