  1. Damn brother I hope this ends smoothly on the comics side of things. Sorry to hear about your betrayal.
  2. I'm smug as a plum with my lowly 5.0. Low Grade, High Eye appeal. Just like I like em'.
  3. @Twistty1 the book is really one of the prizes of my collection. It was my first WWII Timely, and will always be remembered as so I thank you for the opportunity to give it attention. @Sqeggs I have a feeling it was an accumulation of subtle defects that are hammered. You have the Glue on Spine, 3 Centerfolds detached, slightly brittle pages and light dust shadowing. I've heard that 1 Centerfold detach can take your VF 8.0 down to a FN 6.0 (can anyone confirm this?). So how far does 3 take you?
  4. Love it! Al Avison dark cover ghosts bright reds lady in bed
  5. Even more freaky is something about that dude reminds me of either Micheal Jackson or one of the Jackson brothers in their younger age.
  6. Congrats Jimmers! What a great book. Can't go wrong with splurging on a book like this...especially if your cherishing it!
  7. REAL STRONG PRICE. Record breaker in fact at $2,016. Last 9.2 sold 12/2016 for $1,000. High for the book was in 2010 for $1,700. Last 9.4 sold for $2,500 in 2014...over 3 years ago! Book seems to be getting tougher to find in 9.0+ general.
  8. Bill! Great to see you around! I hope that you are enjoying the Terminal Tales of Terror that Unca' Bounty has been spitt'n
  9. Clickety Clack...Clickety Clack....zip zip...zip zip...Unca' Bounty's corn cob pipe lights; igniting a mess of racoon fur and illuminating his whispy face. Whooooooosh! The campfire lights and all of the ghastly gouls gleaming faces gander at the russlin in the bushes. That pesky ole' Racoon seems to be paying his dues by bringing a jug of moon'shine' to the gathering. Allright settle in yee-all; park those potatahs it's time for sinister stories of times now forgotten. Tonight, we close out the 9th book of Scream with the 4th Chapter of "SAGA OF THE VICTIMS". This is going to be an epic tale that will leave you wanting mothers milk. Without further ado; we join Anne and Josie for their Saga of terror...
  10. Unca' Bounty has been tracking a raccoon that stole' his corn cob pipe as he doze'd off to saw some logs next to the smoldering fire. Good thing that raccoon liked Whiskey as much as I do A story is on the way for you delicious lil' devils...
