Off topic. But similar theme. Never have seen another one of these. Royal Blue Variant limited to 100 but manufacturing error where the foil wasn’t laid down essentially making it a Virgin cover of sorts.

I seem to recall (or have a vague mental recollection) that a lot of the Promise books were "pre-optimized" (read pressed) prior to encapsulation.  That may be a reason why so few are getting CPR'd...
