Blue Bolt V3#4 1942 Novelty Press

    Beautiful and colorful WWII cover!

Back cover is missing. Front cover cleanly detached. Tiny chip out of top and a couple tiny staple tears. Flat and clean with no other tears or creases. Inside pages are lightly yellowed but real nice with no damage and supple. "looks great in a mylar"...

    $35.

  2. So one evening my dad came home  from work with a Prince Valiant sword and shield set for me and one for my little brother. We had a great time whacking and stabbing at each other. Unfortunately, the pressed tin shield was a LOT sturdier than the blade on the swords, and in under a day both swords were broken. My dad, who was an insurance sales agent and knew everyone in our area, took the swords back to the toy store and got them replaced. Next day, same thing. About the third or fourth time we broke the swords, the shields sort of disappeared, along with the scabbard and belt. Oh well.
