I have fond memories of rushing out of school on new comic day at the local grocery store and buying all five copies of the first issue off of the spinner rack. I had the market cornered in my small town. The clerk was of course puzzled.

Wait, how are you getting money back from the credit card company for your purchase of the AS300? Did you buy that book from Hero?

2nd place goes to @Point Five
We have a 3 way tie for 3rd place. So, @Morganmi @TheGeneral and @boron will compete for 3rd place in the tiebreaker round.
Wow, I'm flabbergasted that I ended up in first place. Congrats to Point Five, Morganmi, The General and boron and best of luck to the contestants in the tie-breaker round.

Six for me this round. HoS killed me as I had it at a 7.0. As I take a closer look at the book, I can see more of the defects than when I "graded" it.
Mike - IMO, no need to redo books 4 & 5.

OK, add me to the list.

What you are looking for is called "eBay standard envelope". I don't know if it is available for what you are selling but it is available for trading cards. Note that it doesn't work like package tracking but uses the limited tracking system they use for regular mail that "informs" your informed delivery notifications from USPS if you use that.

I love the selection of books. These books were two of the few early Marvel's that I owned as a teenager so they have a fond spot in my heart.

I’m confused. How is it that jbpez, Warlord and Get Marwood & I don’t get 1st, 2nd and 3rd based on the tie-breaker?
-
The bad news for me is no bulls-eyes this round. The good news is I scored one point on each of the books for a total of five this round. I'll take it but it looks like we have a lot of good scores this time around so competition is tough.

Finally some good news. Marvel Entertainment head Ike Perlmutter is out at Disney.
Good riddance. I can’t believe they kept him around as long as they did.

Here is the certification number. 4139315004
I'm guessing the problem is that the issue number is listed as "v2 #1" and not just "1".

I tried to do a census search for Black Panther #1 from 1998 (Marvel) and the search did not return that particular series. It did return other Black Panther series from other years. So, I tried Amazing Spider-Man #1 from 1998 and that also failed to return the 1998 series. I was able to pull up an ASM issue from the original series published just prior to the new series starting.
Using a cert # from an existing graded copy I was able to back-door into the census for the series/issue I couldn't find through the search function.
Am I doing something wrong, is there a glitch in the system or something else?

What is the best practice for getting unwarranted negative feedback removed?
I sold a low dollar Magic card (<$10) and the buyer left negative feedback claiming the card was fake along with a few extra choice words for me as a seller. The buyer never contacted me. I know the card wasn't fake as I've had it since the 90's and it wasn't even worth a buck back then.
What is this and how do I fix it?

Well you are not the only one. I pulled my copy and I'm seeing similar issues. Either the paper used is very susceptible to foxing or this is some sort of stain introduced in production. I feel your pain.
