  1. That was my first thought too but the sun fade on the before/after pics convinced me otherwise. Horrible stuff like this makes me super reluctant to do another sub of my really prized copies of books
  2. Not sure if this is regional but sometimes fedex delivers packages to my local us postal service branch who in turn then deliver them to my address. Might be the case with you too, hopefully
  3. Marvel Chipping Variant to reflect the hobby currently
  4. Right after the original post, I started keeping a lookout on all my online honey holes with no luck but I’m always watching just in case. Good luck with the recovery. Hopefully, it turns up somewhere that a boardie catches it for you
  5. I can hear the Cristopher Reeve theme in my head looking at this…and I bet now ALL OF YOU CAN TOO. MUAHAHAHAHAHA!
  6. Pretty sure with the right key words you can find it on Aliexpress 😉
  7. Congrats! Looks like you may have hit the proverbial “motherload” and an oo that’s happy to sell to the right person.
  8. Got a nice deal on this eBay lot that arrived today. What better way to study some Wrightson and get in some good reading at the same time
  9. I know some hate all the fees and bs one may have to deal with selling on eBay but it does offer sellers the option to do local pickups instead of shipping. You can also list them through any social media accounts you have with the same local pickup option just to give you some other ways to go about moving your books. One of the benefits that I’ve experienced doing it this way has been that the majority of buyers have been the type that will ask if you have other books to sell and you can turn 1 book into a multi-book sale as well as adding a return customer that would make moving your stuff a much easier and convenient task
  10. That’s funny. I’m waiting for Galactus to arrive so I can offer my services as a herald and watch him devour this god-forsaken planet
  11. My sentiments exactly. It seems like the perfect median to have an appreciation of the things that came before us as well as having the ability to adapt to the changes that would come as we grew older because we witnessed it all in real time

  13. They were both manufactured by Takara in Japan under the Henshin Cyborg/Microman moniker before Mego in the mid 70s and Hasbro (80s) licensed both for US distribution. Marvel would also license both coinciding with the launch of both toy lines for North America
