    He put his black suit back on in issues 13 & 14, but we did get to see Mcfarlane draw some characters he never drew before on his ASM run, Ghost Rider, Morbious, Wendigo, & X-Force.

    I paid $1200 for this raw copy from a LCS and got it slabbed, was part of a golden age collection he got, a lot of it was full of color touch, glad this wasn't one. I wonder if we'll see a trickle down effect across the board on the other grades.

    I've had ebay buyers return CGC graded books because they didn't think it was a 9.8 cause of a small spine stress line....needless to say they end up on my blocklist, not dealing with clowns like that.

    They have given a reason for it, in that there is a "curve" when grading books with production issues.

    What's the background color supposed to be? Brown right? Ok then, Blue, Red and Yellow makes Brown. So the Red is missing, that's why the green is showing.

    I had 3 ASM 300s in 9.8 I bought raw for now more than $500 each from a lCS, Sold all of them between 22-2400 each at the height of the Venom movie hype was around, Almost kept one but decided just sell it and fund more books to resell...still should have kept one though. I don't wanna talk about me selling slabs 20 years ago... **Shivers**

    Of course CGC QC can be better However collectors expect perfection each and every time, ask yourself "When I go to work and do my job, am I absolutely perfect at what I do every time day after day? of course not. Is your spouse perfect? Are your kids perfect? No, But you accept their flaws and carry on.

    Just spoke to eBay just now and sent them a link to this thread. They said there is no charge for using capital letters in titles unless you've clicked the bold face type fee box.

    Hardly anyone on the boards buys anything unless it's dirt cheap, cheap enough for someone to flip or some rare golden age book or a mega key. What's the difference if eBay charges you 12% on full asking price or if you sell it on the boards at a 20% discount? You're still paying fees indirectly

    I can't stand the ALL CAPS titles I see on eBay, it's annoying to read and feels like someone is yelling, Never use the bold type, that is just eBay trying to sell you on the fear that your listings won't sell or get noticed.

    Spawn collectors just try and try to find new ways to spend their money. It's only a matter of time before they spend 50k on the Spawn Wizard card that came polybagged in Wizard 11 cause it's now "Spawn's rookie card"
