    Long ago, many moons ago I remember being on a film/tv/commercial/or music video set and someone in the Assistant Director department (1st AD?) and he was fiddling and drawing on a piece of paper. I said what’s that and he said it’s “my new character I want to develop into a comic book called Evil Ernie”.And I remember his drawing looked like the Evil Ernie of today. is the original artist from the film world? Or original creator from the film world?

    Funny you mention it. I work in Hollywood and walk by stages and see what’s filming all the time. There is a silver surfer movie shooting. It’s hush hush but a friend is on it and says Bobby Brown is playing the SS.

    I only know about his AF15 coming from Crazy Charley. I enjoyed researching the provenance of the book. I do have this issue of CGC’s The Intelligent Collector that has an interview with Woo. I’ll check it out and see if he mentions any of his other books.

    Are you sure about the dates? I gotta check. Yeah, think about it: Magik Woo sells it for 77k and 3 MONTHS LATER new buyer sells for 150k making a cool 75 grand!
