  1. Yes, it seems my stuff has a way of making it to other platforms. I guess I should feel flattered. If it is less about the character and more Andrus involvement with recreating, rather than the reinvention of the character herself, you'd know better than I Lol I assumed it's just to finish the issue with individual pages collected or presumed "out there in availability!" And a bit of how would it have been finished by Andru, which is why I gave my opinions of writing to and the character. @Spider-Variant.
  2. I own avengers 144, not sure if the "cat continued from "hell cat" or vice a versa" That was a fun adventure though, to recap etc. I've owned the cat #1 as stated, and preadventure nothing came of it, but I just appreciated a golden age character patsy walker not being forgotten. Not sure where this thread was headed, but it reminds of of the 1st episode or so of Batman the animated series with "the claw" villain. That was at least the 1st episode I watched, and it's a dc version of a villain with a cat moniker. So a lot of history between the years of fine women that are snarls without being caught foot in mouth, but are purrfect additions. It really comes down to the toughness and availability of the character arch when 1st read, imo, and the plausibility within the pages. A good personality was achieved with Walker, that she hadn't been forgotten, but I often wonder that with writers. Some call it the "essence of a character ", but the past has a lot of not lost on me concepts, that could be used today. Just to find what fits and a definite personality within the plots of a bigger picture. Examples would be: Some like to read attitude, sarcasm, Team building, character building, and much more with sub sections in between of, caution to the wind, well planned actions and others I've always thought the Cat could step into all of the above, but there is not enough character building issues that I've actually read. In short.
  3. But i cannot move a topic to another section, the only way is to restart from zero i think or am i wrong? @CGC Mike can do it for you and maybe he can consolidate your other threads into it as well, if needed idk tbh, you've only got a few posts into each thread, it wouldn't harm you to just start again in the "journal section" You could even repost what you've done with new info Not knocking it.
  4. Didn't doc gooden play for the athletics as well? Seems I remember a world series, but it was one of the cards I kept as a kid. Quite the player!

  6. In my experience it can make a bigger impact depending on book, but it is not as widely discussed or talked about. Imo it is because it is "less commonly" found and or for sale, and that would be why it "could" make an impact. I don't really think as many people have demand for them unfortunately due to them being less talked about. Yes cgc will put it on the label.
  7. Confidence would be nice! I'm just trying to patiently wait until I'm on a bigger monitor, in short, to avoid the phone or tablet. It hasn't given more "confidence" but has been probably "a" key to consistency ! Not bad on 5 points though
  8. If I'm honest, I never really expect to win, while I do I hope I do BETTER at the least. It's just nice to know, especially if you're not out buying raws yourself all the time, just to keep sharp. Study to show yourself approved, then be worthy of your hire. Lol it's like an exam test every three to four months, iron sharpens iron and all the good stuff!
  9. I'm tied for 11th place or something I think that is a 1st, but just glad that 8 and 8 is consistent for me, which I think is the usual midpack.
  10. That's basically what I needed! I didn't have money enough to ask them and take out of the bag and board, as I wasn't a serious buyer "yet" but if something happens or trade is possible, vg is where I wanted to cover my bases for "worth it!"
  11. It looked as though 7.0/7.5 sold recently in the $200+ price range, didn't have time for 130point.com as it was best offers... But then a silly 5.0 sold for $300, so thoroughly confused hahaha. It sounded fair, but am really short on funds, unless by some miracle. It just 'sounded fair!"
  12. $100 maybe? Is it a first print? How bad is the damage? It had some spine ware not really anything else, it was in the ,4.0-5.0 range, seller said 5.0 and had a price tag of $165 @jaybuck43 edit to say.. Sorry for my late response had to decide on dinner and take out the trash 😂
  13. $19 pick up, it had its chance in value seemingly, so nice to pick up a f/vf!

  15. Updated with a vid, but just loose change, I even left it outside last night, as I was counting out perfect change for breakfast this morning , and I just happen to see it still laying there this morning, anyway I thought it was cool
  16. I accidentally posted wrong thread and was too busy looking to take a pic of the coin to notice But here it is, the other I had was 1944, but now I DO have a 1942. I know literally nothing about "coins," but looks to be a Philadelphia wheat penny. Definitely not rare so to speak, just interesting war tidbit of history in loose change Historical significance is all I know, and Google is like it is dirt cheap, still cool to have @1950's war comics
