  1. Thanks for the true reflection and honest take away, I feel somehow these are going to become acetate exclusive rules. If "they" are making it up as they go along? I'd be more worried that CRAIN and flag and influencers are able to sway the cgc rules to fit their narrative in the name of publishing. Cgc gave in it would seem but didnt wrap their heads around everything like they have fairly succinctly in the past. I still see that cgc has a core is what I mean and not everything is ripped away but it's a sad state. It's not an excuse its just sad that they took on too much and tried to please everyone. That's my big picture. These variants just scream the past mistakes of the limited edition era and a whole lot of people are being swept out in the uproar. Vigilant people who swore to it, it just amazes me, cause I though "I" was passionate about comics not variants though, and Maybe I was just not as swept up.
  2. Point being the cgc market is now established for what it is, different cliques of their are for there own consideration. "If" only variants, that is the way it's being described, it amazes me the feelings on the whole industry. I'm trying to corelate so be patient. But it needs to be restarted for me what the untruth of the blue label and why it's not variant exclusively.
  3. Sure makes us look bad who applauded QC and graders Notes edit (with the amount of notes being lessened cause we noticed) being fixed. So it's not only @CGC Mike being thrown under the bus. In the end at least I stuck my neck out for cgc for what appears to be improvements. I still will buy and sell, I don't know how acetate affects regular business, although I asked several times to confused reactions. Seems the only answer is when it comes to "variants" it's nothing new. Further to THAT point, at least the general public has been made aware, voiced their concerns and now may decide for themselves.
  4. The shot at cgc I dont mind, just context. I haven't got a submission back without Notes since this announcement so jury is still out, although forecast doesnt look good
  5. That's a low blow to those whom don't know about it yet, that they'd be less prevalent, wasnt the case at the time Hence the new feedback you're receiving
  6. Impressive. I have a bio dad that turned 82 in about six days, time has flown for some. Step dad turns close to 70 today. Long life is a blessing from the Lord, so hang in there we'd all be together soon enough.
  7. I hear you! Qc has been running long as well, hopefully by next week!
  8. I was only commenting that 8 people still have limited time and if a problem, then even less time. I wasn't knocking it, as it's obviously better than it was, and the extension of time books remain in QC has also lengthened. Thank you for letting us know it will take time, sometimes that's all the commodity that we have, is time.
  9. That's how I feel about some of my posts to this point. I now see that there are people being left holding the "variant" bag by not having a place to sell them etc So there WAS more to this issue than the blue label. It took me a while to catch up. Still I'm not sure if cgc will give another response, but I'd assume if so, it'll only be to the blue label as that is what is concerning them. Idk if they will answer with all the other fluff being tossed, but we'll see.
  10. It sounds tempting but don't, not to be a buzzkill, but especially if you're all alone. I want you to wake up tomorrow 🤗
  11. Lol you should know better than most to not get hooked on them, till then party like 99 and get healthy! Your cool though I had asked a random question in that other thread in the 1st place Dont blame yourself!
  12. No worries, just didnt want to fill up this thread since it's a no spam zone. I should have just laughed and moved on. Dont want Mike to think we took advantage of liberties
  13. I can only imagine some employees at meetings
  14. It would depend on how many eyes on it etc. The mountain out of a mole hill seems all too apparent, and I guess that I cant be too ongoing frustrated. It's just patience which seems the key to everything. It'll work out, but the in between Time seems insufferable
  15. I knew that was coming when I saw that on Ebay, to my knowledge on Ebay you get to "choose how much goes to the 'charity's after the auction? Something like that, they may have a minimum per the auction result. Just sad frustrating and etc
  16. Are any of the "spawn dark ages" worth grabbing? I thought it might be only in issue #1, which I didnt see, but I did run into a few. issues, they were behind glass for some odd reason and I'd have to ask to look at them
  17. Patience is waining yet for a company, does it normally take. This. Long? I know a break is what I need i just keep thinking the response is imminent and resistance is futile
