I have a feeling and I'm not hooked on it @valiantman Is it possible? is it possible that submitters aren't finding the book they're looking for populating when filling out submission forms? and they're just using the " submit 'new' comic' functions" and it is slipping by QC? @CGC Mike this might be a double check question so I'll post in QC thread too.

I know this is serious and should be followed up on, yet it takes a back and forth. We can go on all day, and it will maybe be taken into consideration, that is the only saving face thing that I AM happy for. I just don't want to overload the powers, because I'm also sure some kind of "thought went into this", but it is a struggle when no announcement was made or known before hand. If they can just clarify to everyone's capability what is the "rule?" Then going forward we can adjust? Past experiences show us that evidently we either didn't understand? or is this CGC "bending the rules?" or do we have some kind of fallacy?

I mean this still counts out "NG" no grade designation of classic books that are still pricey but are tempted to be thrown in the trash with no cover, no registry points. Odd that the hill we're meeting on is for moderns when "classics" are being neglected. I mean, "has to be the 'artist?" not writer, or anyway to avoid a "NG?" Use this to right something idk

If you confirmed that, then why don't these have a yellow label? I mean that is what @onlyweaknesskryptonite pointed out and I agree with, They do the same thing with "artists" that cut up a book to have the 1st page show through to "color the design of the 'cut" I forget what they called it, but there is a name for it. How is this any different?

No,.no the gif wouldn't work. Radio was playing Adele could have had it all song, tried to post a spidey gif with that song lyrics. Unfortunately wouldn't post. So it gets to the point where every post is the same (not aimed at you) and it used to deliver into gifs and memes.
