  1. Lol ya I didn't mean to derail the thread, technically first in print is first in print, in a way, then there were certain retentive things that are a bummer to have to seem so tedious about 😂
  2. Lol quite the score then! I'm just glad I helped one person today, stuck my foot in mouth several times, so Glad I could help 🤗
  3. I could have sworn greatest adventure 80 was a rare in high grade 1st but maybe it's not a 1st app per se, I'll check Indeed greatest adventure 80 is 1st doom patrol
  4. I could have sworn greatest adventure 80 was a rare in high grade 1st but maybe it's not a 1st app per se, I'll check
  5. Oh it's ok, there is a lot there I wasnt calculating myself (as a bookkeeper not quite an accountant)
  6. Why so defensive about a question? I never stated what I ASKED as fact But your frustration isnt lost on me, sorry they're closed now. I was only trying to help, but not if your going to bite off my fingers for asking for details, which you gladly gave, there was nothing hostile in my post. Chalk that up to your frustration
  7. Lol when I find them cheap I pick them up too, but I personally use them as trade fodder with the LCS. I wasnt saying no value And congrats on your book that's the main thing. I meant to say that yesterday but was half asleep
  8. If I'm doing the math, $30 more than it should be? You do know they charge you for rejects? Assuming 6 rejects I thought the reject cost was more than $5.
  9. This was Monday I believe and It's been a few days since then, but now that business days estimate has gone down instead of up, something must be amiss
  10. Samesies. I think they're using your books + my books as footrests while they grade Adamantium's books. Lol in my defense I called and they counted the days and saw that it was wt 28 bus days and put in a ticket to move it along. Idk if it really helped, still at GEI but there is 10 minutes before they close
  11. https://twincitiescomics.com/product-category/current-signings/josh-brolin-signing/
  12. I'm not sure that I'm understanding, but I'll give it a go The thing is not to wait until you are charged to call CGC. The minute they are received and checked in is when to call to be charged. I've had the customer rep service THEN be able to charge me and correctly, when I can explain the credit and they can verify. I didn't talk to "accounting specifically" just a customer service
  13. I wish it were that sought after! I don't suggest the Key Collector app, however the app keeps track of 1st App of "new" characters every year. There have been like 150 in 2020 then another 150 in 202 and same track for 2022 The reason that you hear about the goblins and etc, is probably because they're the bigger "eye-roll" funny books!
  14. I have some bronze age remarque s but haven't sold, those would be in appropriate sales thread too
  15. They definitely don't seem to happen as often imo. But yes that would be the place!
  16. No harm no foul in my book, yet it is I suppose correct publishing terms, I'm not as familiar with the tattooz, that can be its own hassle. Less grumpy we are about it, the less it'll irritate, seems everyone has their own idea; although there would be traditional views. Nothing wrong with wanting more out of something, simply my view point
  17. Curious. As an artist did you sell them raw but offer a chance for cgc? Not necessarily asking cost, but is it an option for patrons? And if so, the curious part, did a lot of people choose cgc or did some prefer the raws?
  18. No that would be an ad, could be desirable but dont go wild with it I graded invincible #43 for the same reason, but no it's not canon, cause it's not apart of the story, same with cable. Neat and for certain characters of importance in older ancient issues may be considered popular but not an "appearance" per se.
