  1. It's more pain than it's worth to mention to cgc too. They say to write it on the submission form and the graders will decide if to notate, but it's never worked for me, especially on a brand new label notation. That kind if thing might work for Newsstand or mar jeweler or some such, but a 1st app and the like has never ever worked for me
  2. In my mind, the bonding happens, but the new form or entity isnt named. That's how I understood. So, imo, cgc wouldnt make up a name not given in the comics to put on the label. Like what if it was named later by said writers or artists? Then cgc would have a mess of their slabbed copies. That's how I understood it. @lostboys
  3. I haven't read the story but 20 issues later the same thing happens with carnage concerning the silver surfer, so I would assume to cgc it depends on how integral and connected to the "story" it is, imo. I own both #410,#430,&#431, but I've always wondered myself if it was just a hype or rumored thing to be. If it wasnt similar to rumor on the cover itself, I wouldnt have bothered collecting. Indeed. I WISH IT WAS ON THE LABEL.
  4. It's TMNT 7 - the 2nd print. If you want to get pedantic about it, it's not technically Krang, it's an Utrom (an alien race of which Krang is a member). However, most people do call it the Krang cover. It's a sweet book for sure. speaking of which there are a few of that race viewable on the back cover of #4
  5. even white pages on the HOS #92 I would imaging that is tougher than normal. Nice Set of books! I wish that I had procured a #92
  6. Yes indeed. Not having much choice in the situation I'm just hopeful, shame it's been so long, but still hopeful. I've seen times when tat changed back on a dime, or at least within a month Hope it's being taken seriously
  7. Someone posted in current tat thread that economy slow from Aug 2021 shipped today @Economy Joe
  8. Awesome! Most of those dexter people were to be at a place I'm going this Friday. I'm surprised they took such liberty with the quotes I wonder if they all would have fit on the label, if the facilitator had thought to add those to the paperwork? Or would the language not be allowed? I was just curious... Nice collage of signatures!
  9. Wow! Good news! Slow track? With or without press? @CGC Mikemike life! Thanks for any info you gave on these economy and just thankful that there are signs of life
  10. @CGC Mike has it been long enough? Is there any hope?
  11. Awesome! I didn't realize that #95 and #99 were apart of that no comics code run? I thought it was only #96 97 and 98.... Nice copies
  12. Used to be only $10 or $15 per book, if submitted under your own cgc account. That was 2 to 3 years ago. If submitted under the facilitator account I think it's around $60 total. The paying for a facilitator is not for a COA, paying for a facilitator is to submit the signature as witnessed to cgc for a yellow label
  13. For Sure! Lol it takes preparation and some swallowing with a gulp to stare at some prices. I've tried telling myself that some of it is the tax, even when paying cash. Still I'm sure they have costs, so bargaining is kept to a minimum with me but does still happen Congrats on the 1st con, I'm glad it was a good experience for you most important thing.
  14. Admirable for sure, fairly classic covers. Kamandi was being picked up by a few a while back and got to love submariner. Is it a one day con? Or going back? Glad to here you ventured out either way.
  15. When I cook hot dogs I forego the bun for some odd. Mustard and relish and a spoon. SPOOON! I GUESS I SHOULDN'T BE SO LAZY haha
  16. Not often you see a 4th appearance notation either, or in my experience , nicely done
