I hesitate to vote on your safety with the info given. Nothing in that strikes me as odd, but I still wouldn't vote "to go" on your behalf unless to you it makes sense. I don't do craigslist and I agree about the safe meet place though, and without reasons further I say trust your gut. I want to say the ability to slow down "time" but still at normal living speed. As a kid I'd want to speed up time, who knew I'd get that power, it is just seemingly irreversible. I still have things I'd like to speed up now, but rather than make a school day end, it is the wait until next paycheck to secure what I desire rather than see it sold out you may need it after the above

It's detached at top staple and has some significant tears but am truly grateful! It has those stains on the cover, which look like water damage, but doesn't go through the book. It had some slight folds at the top corners of the pages, but most importantly it wasn't brittle Complete, but the tears are in the cover and back cover, that make it hard to take in and out of a bag and board, so pretty much a $20 fair condition book. Still $2
