  1. Mine is a beater too, story in spoiler, but super glad after a day of searching and coming up empty that I didn't give up and just to come away with something Praise God. It was the 1st day in a while for the sun to shine and not be 0 degrees wind chill
  2. Indeed to traverse the comic universe! I still find it consuming that it is a lot of knowledge. I really don't see most of them (dos) in the wild, although I don't look for them. It has to be said it is the diligence that is of note with which going through every copy to see if it is one you still need or a different issue due to some alteration! "I could have just said a "variant!" Lol I find time in my registry and etc a benefit because I'm more familiar, or I should "stay familiar" with what has been acquired and by what avenues or means. It helps the hunt in the future, without mixup. Yours I would think embellished on that until you get it all down.
  3. Thanks for this, as I had been visiting your registry recently and didn't think to look at custom sets. I saw the already winning sets, but had seen you post others and I wondered where all the "tonage-'ton-age" was, to say the ton of books it would take to keep up with that era or series is impressive. I of course get a lot of love from looking at the statue pics as I know they're yours and not pics from the internet. If I thought my sets were "hard" to keep running descriptions of double books without essentially saying "the same" thing. I can only imagine! Well done!
  4. I did but then it made me think of my rapport having started this thread, which at the time I didn't believe was in angst, to wit I didn't want to prolong those thoughts with a laugh reaction. Then thought I was being too deep about it and turned my brain off I'd like to win too, they always show examples of sets complete and in 9.8 I think I need to face "a reality" in my sets as passionate as I feel I may be.
  5. Im not clicking on that But robot chicken had the same kind of deal. How i used to fry my brain
  6. Appreciated! I didn't assess it in store, for $2 I just took it home. It's detached at top staple and has some significant tears, but am truly grateful! It was at an antiques store, and after 2 stores before that of nothing and this last store everything was priced but this.... I almost gave up! A friend had suggested I go today, so I thought Lord willing I'll try for the goodwill of just to leave no stone unturned kind of thing... Anyway they had to call the guy for price and I helped explain what looked like water damage on the cover.... Sure enough $2
  7. "Have you tried new Downy rinse and refresh? It doesn't just cover up odors!"
  8. $2 find, has some damage, but at $2 and assess at home
  9. Meet yourngate of course, name of movie is dark gate, I didn't however realize the pic was like that That's a fail in the manufacturing rather than the pic though Still Thanks @Cat for pointing it out, as if you noticed then others might as well, and I had that pic up in the registry and it bared correcting

  12. Well at least it is something For $3 and some change. on to the adventure in the dollar bin, but not the best of shape eek!
  13. a Shirt would be awesome!!! When obtained the game, I did not think it said, "Aku, aku!" I thought it was something more like gibberish, but was a Highlight of any Bandicoot game, not unlike the music in Zelda when Link would unlock a secret or behold a treasure
  14. That and they were free to me, Gamestop gave me the Bandicoot, and I got the Dark Fate at the prescreen So I didn't buy them or anything, just got accumulated
  15. koozie - Search (bing.com) They're to keep your drink cool. I don't drink beer, but I DO drink can soda, but again, won't use them and they're just taking up room. Still kind of neat Crash Bandicoot as you know is the playstation game... And The Dark Fate Terminator koozie had "Carls Draperies" from in the movie, if you remember.... When Arnold as a Terminator is sitting around in time waiting to protect the hero from "other Terminators", but so much time goes by without anything "to do", that he takes up a family and a "cleaning drapes" business Which I thought was hilarious and a neat "koozie"
