  1. SOLD! Box of Steel Deal — this lot of 41 Comics will fill a Medium Priority Box by itself, so it is offered at a shipped price. It is most but not all of the Death of Superman/Funeral for a Friend/Reign of the Supermen arc. It is 5 or 6 books short of a complete reader set. Conditions vary but higher grade. Black and white bags both sealed. Take the lot for (WAS $60) NOW $40 shipped.
  2. Cephusdog takes a bite outta this thread! Everyday Magic and Justice League #1! Thank you!
  3. The Power Girl #4 March variant listed on page 2 of this thread is a screaming deal compared to anything offered or sold on ebay! What are we thinking, people???
  4. Big Time All remaining Marvel books in this thread prior to this post go to comicguy77002! Thank you Ron!
  5. Hi Ben! I was just having fun with Bob's classic sales thread tag line; couldn't resist
  6. Is the termite chew authentic to the pedigree, or aftermarket from the varmint-infested home?
  7. Robin lot of 13 for (WAS $10) NOW $5 (Most are nice but the first of the Robin II #4’s is no better than VG with Lowe cover split 1” or so) Nice reader lot
  8. Still more to post but I haven’t gotten them shot so they are not coming tonight. But I gave ya some price cuts instead
  9. Agreed; but at least they have room to do so sufficiently if you need to send a tallish stack. No question they need some combo of reinforcement/bubblewrap/TLC etc. Not sure how much it saves shipping-wise versus straight weight and distance priority like @fastballspecial noted; I think getting the best shape to pack well is more important than couple bucks' difference either way in shipping. And there's no reason one can't ship priority in the box of one's choice, but I don't know offhand how shipping compares using any comparable-size brown box for Priority mail. But you guys have me thinking about running a bunch of hypotheticals across my postmaster's meter. I just did it to fit a cardboard OA sandwich in a box, and it was kinda fun in a wonky way to come up with something I could be comfortable packing in at a not-outrageous shipping cost.
  10. Another option is the Regional boxes (letter designation varies by region, but for example I am in the northeast and my regional one would be the "Region B' box). They are between the two Medium Priority boxes in shape/size -- somewhat taller than the rectangular one but not as tall as the cube. But they have sufficient room for packing/padding around all four sides of a stack of books. And they are cheaper to send within one's own region.
  11. SOLD! Spawn #1-10 NM or better plus a FVF copy of Spawn Batman by Miller and McFarlane. Take the 11-book lot for (WAS $70.) NOW $60
  12. Trade paperbacks coming up; these are eligible for Media Mail shipping if your takes are TPB only.
