  1. Creepy #64 VG due to tape pulls, tape stains $7 I just love this cover; dude looks like a Friday night regular in a Plattsburgh bar...
  2. Creepy #65 let's go VG/FN for some color loss on cover; looks like rubbing. 100-page issue with Reed Crandall, Esteban Moroto. Writers in this issue include Gardner Fox, Archie Goodwin, Don McGregor, Doug Moench and Buddy Saunders. $8
  3. Creepy #69 FN but looks better in front. Holding down for slight tear top center back cover and couple pages. Maybe 1/4" $10
  4. Creepy #71 VF- holding back for that more obvious pair of spine ticks amidships. $10
  5. SOLD! Creepy #76 FN- Note little, divot to left of horse's front hoof. Note also it's a bad@ss Sanjulian cover. $10
  6. We'll do Creepy first, backward by issue number, and we won't get to them all tonight. I don't even have them all shot yet.
  7. 1) First wins; tie/indeterminate goes to the thread. 2) Payment by Check or Money Order; I don't want any more e-things in my life. 3) shipping -- $8 to $15 by USPS Priority (flat rate legal envelope to capacity, guessing up to 4-6, or medium box thereafter, unless I can save you a bit with a Region B box.) 4) Don't be listy including the little one in my head. 5) Returns: Sure, just notify me within three days of receipt and get them back in the same shape on your dime. 53 mags ... You ready???
  8. I have a stack of mostly Warren magazines that I have begun to shoot and will begin posting in G/S/B soon as I can. There are 53 magazines -- 40 issues of Creepy from #2-86; 9 issues of Eerie from #14-59, an issue of Pizzazz, and three of those men's mags that I like to call Lurid Pervert specials from the 50's/60's. The Warrens are either nicely-presenting mid-grades or higher grades. Stay tuned!

  10. Lotta spine stress dished out there, from careless handling of the book's own weight, it seems. Wow. I would have stopped that in process, early on, if I were its owner. While I do think it illustrates that even very old books are sometimes more durable than we think, that was still far too cavalier for me.
  11. I just wanted an affordable Harvey File Copy; I'm not filling a run.....yet....
  12. Thanks Mike! I have no Harvey File Copies so it was a chance to grab an affordable example. The fact that it is a Baby Huey from your Baby Huey collection just adds provenance! The longer I'm in this hobby the more I care to know who loved a funnybook before I did.
