  1. Can someone hurry up and say who's there so I can do my special joke
  2. Guys, guys, come quick - there's a fight in the Justice League thread!
  3. Then he must be tarred and feathered Hector. There are always valid exceptions.
  4. Oh, that. OK. For the record, I liked BvS and Justice League. Good films both. It doesn't bother me that others don't like them, or how much money they made. Even the biggest fire will go out eventually, if you deprive it of oxygen.
  5. Sorry. Now, what's all this fighting about? It's Christmas boys. Time of good will to all men. Even those who liked BvS.
  6. Regular sized direct editions were all $1.99, yes. Test market pricing is the only logical theory I can see. Unlike the 30/35 cent experiments though, they doubled up to see if people would buy at one or both higher prices. What is odd to me is that they then muddied the waters with a raft of $2.99 double sized issues slap bang in the middle of the experiment. Why would you do that if you were tracking the take up of higher priced regular issues?
  7. I agree with the sentiments here. That said, if people would respond to straightforward reasonable questions with straightforward reasonable answers a lot of the angst wouldn't materialise in the first place. I hope this all works out well.
  8. What the fox has happened in here!
  9. Did we? Well, nobody else reads my threads so I don't see why I should have to! Seriously, I know - I was just trying to lure the Rocky Horror Show in. I'd like to hear what he has to say about it all. Kind of you to find the fault line though. I will wear my Fan Club badge with pride
  10. Ye Olde Carpet Bomber strikes again! I'd like to think a disgruntled CGC grader would slip one into a slab then seal it double quick before quitting. Imagine cracking that slab open at a later date liz
