  1. If there was a comic about the bloke who played the Hulk in the second film, would it have Marvel Chipping Norton?
  2. That was the sequel, Bambi Goes Crazy Ape Bonkers with his Drill and Sex
  3. Yeah yeah yeah, whatever Richmond. There's a prize to be won for the 4,000th post going on here!
  4. Don't knock it - the Spidey one was a paper bag Here, @themagicrobot, is this you?
  5. Like Ross, you could always tell a Sal Spidey by the eyes.... Sal Ross The eyes have it!
  6. Looks like it... Not that it matters, as Lippy The @lizards2 always busts them out anyway
  7. Does the Spidey #26 have a miscut cover, or have the insides slid up? I see a lot of additional top edge, which is always welcome if it's production related
  8. I see it Bobbi, thanks. The GCD copy actually looks like it has had a previous sticker removed, about the same size as your one, doesn't it We'll have to keep digging then..... P.S. Do you know Valerie_VHS by any chance? Nice girl
  9. How cool are they @Bobbi_Betamax! I'd sort of given up on this thread so thanks for reanimating it. It's great to see that someone else has been mucking about in this area. I thought it was just me! Your two comics there make me want to start up investigating again. It's funny how comics do that, isn't it. I saw this issue for sale recently at 30th Century Comics which shares similar characteristics to our books, but it was snapped up pretty quickly: I wonder how many of these 'coverless' 1940s UK distribution comics are actually out there. And I wonder what is under those price stickers on your two comics there.... All good fun. Thanks for dropping in and welcome to the forum
  10. That's a nice copy Jolly - you don't see these early10c ones often in the UK, stamped or otherwise. Good luck with your sales
  11. You wait ages for a 9p stamped Red Circle and then two come along at once....
  12. Let us know where that comes from Richmond, when you get a minute. There will surely be others....
