Not sure if these pen marks in the 1st image  would be considered restoration, but I’m open to feedback. The 2nd images seems to be scuffing, but I will have to take a better look. Just at work right now.

It is 100% for sure considered restoration.

It's "Kneel Atoms"!  Get it right!

Making fun of people's names by purposely saying/spelling them wrong? Grade school immaturity, designed to draw attention to an otherwise completely vapid response.

I completed a full Marvel Value Stamp coupon book back in the day. I still have it.  However, I do not have all the 100 butchered comics.

Although I tried to replace them all, I was never quite sure that I succeeded. I finally got the nuts up a couple weeks ago to check my Hulk 181, and was pleasantly surprised to find the MVS stamp intact.

But, R.I.P. those hundred or so books...,

    Bad, bad, bad lizard.

that's not legal either...I know what you are saying, but if an auction house employee decides to take place in an auction, it is illegal for them to know submitted proxy's...now any and all auction houses can play that game, so depends on who you trust not too...but many states don't even allow an auction house employee to bid, where as texas and a few other states do...that's the mis information I was responding too

It may not be legal, but it is also nearly impossible to prove that the auction house employee didn't look at the submitted proxy bid before placing his own bid. If it is nearly impossible to prove, then it really isn't all that illegal. Technically illegal? Sure. In practice, they can do it any time they want to do it and get away with it.
