I'm late to the reveal! We opened gifts last night since I didn't get off the train until then. @nickwire Sent me a box of Archie goodness with a variety of my favourite gang's titles. I especially liked the Mad House 13, which I did not have, and the B&V 322 which is a real sleeper cover IMHO. I also received a hardcover which will make great reading material on the train Thanks again!!

First let me say that I love this book and would be hard pressed to let it go, but when I sent in a box full of books to get graded, I mistakenly sent this book in. I had several copies and wanted to sell one after having it slabbed, but mixed them up and this one ended up in the box. To be fair I had missed the small spec of tape on the BC anyway, but hey. I often wonder what it would come back as if I have the spec of tape removed....

I still buy new comics, but I don't know why. At the beginning of '17 I still picked up every new : X-Men, Wolverine, Iron Man, Archie, Jughead, Betty and Veronica, Aquaman, Batman. Today: Archie and Aquaman. I absolutely hate the new Archie, but I have been buying it for so long that I can't justify stopping for sentimental reasons. I gotta know what the gang is up to! Garbage though.... Aquaman is really good. I am enjoying it a lot. I haven't always been a fan of the art, and at times the story wanes, but it all seems to come together to keep me involved. The rest of the titles I dumped cold turkey haha. Iron Man was total unreadable garbage, as was X-Men. Wolvie went in a direction I didn't care for and I sincerely regret dropping Bats.

To your point, I have been unable to find a copy of this without writing on the cover, detached cover or higher than 4.5. Almost every copy I have ever seen has writing on the cover for some reason. To be fair I haven't chased it like I have other books, but I have always been watching it to see if I could snag a decent copy. Your book is sharp
