It sure did if the number of copies for sale on eBay is any indication. Makes me believe that their circulation really was above a million copies.

Seems like I read somewhere he got to about 25 or 30% of them and gave up. Prices started getting out of even his reach. I think he dumped most around 2008/2009 but I do not recall where I heard or read that.
