So I've figured out the lot price and I've sent it to the first person who expressed expressed an interest via PM. They have until 6PM to decide if they want the lot before I send it to the next person. That person has until 7PM and then I send the price to the third and final person via PM. If they all pass then I will place the lot for sale here at around 8PM tonight. If nobody wants the lot by tomorrow night I will split it up and price the books individually which is called the "King Solomon Badger Solution."

I have a few good customers who were promised first dibs on 2-5 but if they pass on them as a lot then they will go up for sale individually. I might even post back covers in random order.

SOLD! This is an unequivocal I'll take it in the thread. A "I'll take it" pending back cover is common but it is "pendng" even when it is implied and not stated. You do not say you are wanting to see the back cover unless you are leaving yourself a way to back out. All PM negotiations are canceled. Pretty much everything I own is for sale but I have turned down some pretty impressive prices for these first 2 comics. At the time I thought the offers for the Cap #27 were crazy high but now I am confident I could sell it for more money than has been offered. Still not listing it but it is nice to know it is valued highly by other collectors. This is the only NM copy graded and the only one I have seen in 30 years of looking. Don't know why I'm so attached to this book but I am. It is not my highest graded copy yet I am sure I would sell my 9.0 before I sell this one. I need to get a better picture of this but it is under glass and the reflection is killer. This is the preliminary paintings to Menace out of the Myths by Carl Barks. Bought it off of eBay almost 15 years ago when Diamond was clearing out inventory.

Would be nice. The language used does have to be exact to be in compliance with terms and the law. You cannot say, "Cash preferred.", because that markets cash options as preferable to credit card. You can say, according to all terms and the law, $257.50 Paypal/$250 cash. All payment methods must be listed as equal in preference. You cannot charge a surcharge, an additional fee on top of a stated price, for credit or Paypal sales but you can give a discount for checks/money orders. You just cannot make an effort to point it out. Weird but true.
