Don't blame you! I would love a Sunday but the wife just doesn't see monetary value in b&w art. Fortunately, she did let me buy a Carl Barks painting so I drool on that.

I bought a ton of stuff in 2020 that I really should not have with the pandemic possibly putting my employer out of business. For the first half of 2021 I just want to hang onto what I own (except for what I intend to sell for other stuff ) For the last half, I would like a few more Timelys, a Schomburg cover or 3, and some Four Color or March of Comics Donald Ducks. Oh, and some more high grade Uncle Scrooge comics at prices with which Scrooge would be happy.

Every time I see a low grade superman 1 I think of that story and see red. I rarely hope for karma to take action on someone but that guy deserved mucho malo karma.

Keep in mind that the combination of the shutdown, the lockdown, and then actually getting the virus really messed with your mind. There are many reasons to be glum right now and you could be taking it out on your collection. My advice is to take a deep breath, walk completely away from comics for six months, and then come back. Go through your collection and see if you can find the joy it used to bring you. If it doesn't, I'd still hold off selling if you don't need the money but, you know, when the pandemic is over sell what you need to go do something fun. Travel, buy something for a relative as surprise, send nice people on the boards who offer good advice for free good things from your collection...find the joy again. If ya know what I mean.
