I've owned the majority of these books for 30 years and they have been stored in a climate controlled, smoke-free homes. A 'B-level' page sold on Clink about a year ago for $5K. It had Thor in a few panels talking with someone. Simonson pencils, Austin inks. Given the above, I don't think its out of the realm of possibility that an 'A-level' page with Simonson inks would fetch $10K+
