    This book was submitted to CCS/CGC with no visible defects outside of minor (non color breaking) spine stress. Came back 5.0 with no graders notes. Upon inspection the back cover is mangled. Part of a larger submission with no damage to other books so not during shipping, this DEFINITELY happened in the hands of CCS/CGC. Book is ruined, what now?

    So this book had no visible defects when it left for C&P/grading outside of some non color breaking spine stress, came back 5.0 with no graders notes. Upon inspection, back cover is mangled. I understand inherent dangers of submitting but this has got to be outside of acceptable limits right!?

    Back cover pics required for a more accurate grade, but I'd say that spine is going to put you in the 8.0-8.5 range at best.
