    Of course anyone can charge whatever they like for whatever reason and if insufficiently_thoughtful_persons pay it then insufficiently_thoughtful_persons pay it. But I still think it's a chump move, not fan forward at all. I'd much rather he outright say "f&#k you, I'm not signing your books you insufficiently_thoughtful_person" than pull this "sure insufficiently_thoughtful_person I'll sign... for $1000". Get over yourself guy.

    Yup, request was on both the form and window bag. I thought the request was prefect for him given the remarque example CGC posted: But, artists discretion is made clear so I can't legitimately complain about it. (And I'll note the sketch is placed where I requested it, so there's that as a plus) The damage to the book though, rough pill to swallow.

    Requested "Joker laughing, green hair, red lips, HA HA HA and all that". Got a black & white Harley Quinn instead. Love the sketch anyway, but the grade is infuriating. Grader notes crease to bottom back cover (which is visible) that 100% was not there when the book left my hands.
