    A one-year bump on this thread. Anybody had any luck pinning down copies of Marvel Super Heroes 388 or The Daredevils #7 in high grade? I've been running around getting OA, but I've kept my eyes pealed for these all the same.

    Invincible Appreciation Thread

    I got this Invincible cover in today. Not really an Invincible cover, but it is the variant cover to Noble Causes: Family Secrets #3, and it features the first appearance of Invincible. Sorry about the seam in the scan, I loaned my Mustek out.

    The fact that it was a Valentino cover and an Uncanny X-men #141 homage didn't help matters either. I'm very happy with it though.

    I think the price you're seeing on eBay for the "Before Bone" book is the lowest it will be. It's already fallen a decent amount (from $250 to $100-130ish), and as the supply dries up it will keep increasing.

    I'd hold out for an unsigned edition if you just want the old strips though.

     

    Is there going to be an unsigned edition? I thought the 500 signed copies were the entire print run - and that the book wasn't going to be reprinted?

     

    I didn't know that. If this is not going to be reprinted, this is definitely the lowest it will ever be IMO. The sky is the limit - I wouldn't be surprised to see this at $500+ at some point in the next year or two due to the combination of print run, signature, and exclusive content.
