  1. I don't think so. It looks closer to 7.5 to me. The bc top edge seals it.
  2. So would that mean you can withdraw a bin on eBay to sell it elsewhere but not an auction item?
  3. 8.0 The bc needs a press for a 9 maybe 9.2 although the corners will limit it. Without the crease on the bc I'd give it a 9 which means CGC could give it a 9.2.
  4. No loss. A 6ish book horrible corner crunch, lots of bends, and spine ticks. Maybe a press brings it to 7.
  5. 5.5/6 bc corner is a problem. Fv seems to have scratches.
  6. If they find you have sold it elsewhere you will be charged. I've heard some were charged even when they did not sell it off-site (it was a different copy of the same issue they had sold) and had to dispute the fee. Removing an item must trigger some flag for investigation.
  7. eBay just changed their policy so if they find you have sold something listed on their site outside the site they will charge you for the sellers fee. So you can no longer remove an item and sell it elsewhere in a way that eBay can track. This would seem to be one of the easier ones to track. I'm not sure how mycomicshop and other shops are dealing with this new policy.
  8. I was wondering why eBay allows it given their policies.
  9. If I were buying for future profit I'd stay away from recent books. They are too volatile. A silver age #1 or first appearance is such a lock to increase in value it's hard to call it speculating. Unless the entire market for vintage comics crashes like the stock market in the 20's they're guaranteed to increase dramatically. I sold my 2.5 brave and the bold #28 a while back because I was strapped for cash and thought I'd upgrade someday. Today I'd have to pay at least twice what I sold it for and 3X+ what I paid for another 2.5.
  10. 7ish. A press might help that corner.
  11. Looks more like a generous 7.0. a lot of soiling on the fc and bc, cb creases on spine and top left corner. Definitely below an 8.0
  12. #4 Facebook does have this option. You can choose to have only members of that group see those posts.
  13. You can tell a first print as it's isbn/up number will end in a 1. 2nd print a 2 etc. You need better pics to read this code on the fc.
  14. You can tell by seeing whether the crease is smooth or has some roughness associated with it. It may take proper lighting and angles to see this but even on a white cover a cb crease with show up as a rough line rather than a smooth continuous indent. A cb crease has broken the surface of the cover rather than just bending it so it should be apparent upon careful observation.
  15. Need to see back cover and know interior condition (staples etc). FC is rough lots of large creases that can't be pressed. In the 4 range from what I can see.
  16. 7.5 the bc crease limits it could be pressed to an 8.0 but probably not worth it with the cb spine ticks.
