  1. If you want to completely halt the rust process place the book in a glove box pump out to a good vacuum level (10-5) backfill with an inert gas (nitrogen, argon, etc) repeat a few times. That should do it.
  2. FYI, you can usually buy the books they have on eBay cheaper on their own website. Don't know how they get away with it. That's only for bin books not auction.
  3. If you're not planning on selling the book then you can make sure your book doesn't get affected by this problem by not slabbing it.
  4. A 9.8 with white pages just went for 21k at auction on comicconnect last week.
  5. Maybe 3.5 if there are no issues with the interior or staples.
  6. There are a number of cb creases on the fc especially the right edge. Haven't seen the back cover. The fc creases were there in your first post pre pressing.
  7. 3.5 and the bottom staple looks strange. Is that the original staple?
  8. I wouldn't pay 9.4 money for it. I doubt the major defects came after slabbing, but it doesn't really matter.
  9. Ask for pics of the inside fc and bc to see if there is color bleed through the cover.
  10. And the bc creased crumpled corner and possible tear bottom bc(?).
  11. 5.5 because of the large cb crease on the fc, but CGC will probably give it a 6.0/6.5.
  12. Can't say anything without seeing all corners and edges. Is this a TPB that is actually of some value? Sorry, not so informed on the TPB market.
  13. You really need to make sure all the corners and edges are clearly visible in your images. You are cropping these very closely and sometimes cutting off a corner.
  14. 5.5 There's a nearly 2 inch cb crease on the fc among other things.
  15. Need back cover to really give a grade. Front cover shows 9/9.2 with the corners assuming the back cover has no additional defects.
  16. curious what the date penned on the cover does to the grade.
