    It could use a press but there seems to be water damage which may be the limiting factor. As it looks now 4.0 tops depending on how bad the water damage is.

    If I were selling that book raw I wouldn't feel comfortable giving it anything above 8.0. grading seems to have changed a lot over the last 20 years.

    This is the toughest kind of book for me to grade. On any given day I could give it anything from 5.0 to 6.5. If I'm selling it raw I go for the low end. If I'm guessing what CGC will say I'll go on the higher end.

    Staples look a bit discolored but difficult to tell for sure from the pics. If staples are ok I'm also at 8.0

    That is insane. Is this some key I don't know about. A book from the 90's I'm sure there are tons of high grade copies out there. Probably few have submitted them because it doesn't seem particular sought after and you can buy high grades raw for $10-20. What am I missing?
