  1. Without a universal method to grading flaws, and no particular book, this is an exercise in futility. "White pages" simply means 'in (roughly) same condition as printed'.
  2. Progress: 66/1,000 This weekend: The Killing Joke Justice League Vol. 2 #0-12 Both Absolute Edition re-reads. I was gonna re-watch Joker, and read The Killing Joke again just to have fresh reference of any parallels, but that didn't happen. Easily one of my favorite graphic novels of all-time. I love the artwork for the New 52 JL and really enjoy the lead-in to Darkseid. I remember reading the whole series a few years ago in preparation for Worlds of DC's Justice League (since the cinematic universe derives from this volume in particular).
  3. That's not really the case. There could very well be PQ discrepancies. We can't estimate how much this could affect the condition if we don't know the overall condition. There is no universal method to assessing a single defect.
  4. I feel like the Golden, Silver, and Bronze Ages are fairly concrete. Somewhere around TDKR - a new age begun. "Copper Age" isn't really in my comic vocabulary. 1985-1999 is one age, to me, and everything 21st Century is another.
  5. Kind of an oxymoron, yes? Can't really tell without seeing the book in question. Post #10,000
  6. Email CGC for certainty, but I am 99.99% sure that if you want to go from Restored to Conserved that you will need to have it regraded.
  7. If you get a comic graded it will return in a case with CGC's opinion of its condition (grade). The only 'bulk discount' you'll get is from the shipping agent when you package as many together (suggested up to 25) as you can. CGC doesn't have any bulk discounts.
  8. Some heroes have boring origin stories. It doesn't matter how you started collecting as long as you actually enjoy it while you're doing it.
  9. If by, "a thing", you mean a literal thing - then yes. If by, "a thing", you mean 'a popular niche' - then no.
  10. I would buy whichever one has the nicest-looking cover.
