    There is no "0.1" or "0.3" CGC grade. It would likely get an NG for being so incomplete.

    This. I would open it myself to determine if it's in 'good enough' condition to be graded. Unless there's a nostalgia reason, most modern comics aren't worth submitting under 9.8 grade.

    Circa 2007-2012? I'm no expert on Rocket/Guardians. He factored heavily into Marvel Studios' and Gunn's 1st movie in 2014, though. He's not a hugely popular character by any means. Maybe his 1st appearance isn't a key? I don't know all keys. I thought that it would be, though.

    Rocket was a more popular character prior to the movies. He was in less than 20 comic books in the 20th century. Movies do not create keys. When a character who had <20 appearances suddenly has many more, then their 1st appearance will become a key if the character's popularity continues to rise.

    Black Panther and Infinity War both stayed in theaters for awhile after DVD/Blu-ray release. Obviously, it won't drag in tons at that point, but it's total will rise a bit.

    Titanic closed in most theaters around the 10-month mark, but there were theaters in the Midwest that still had it after a full year.
