  1. I still plan on seeing it a couple more times. So add $30 to the total.
  2. I did a rough tally one day (can't remember when) and it seemed like grade changes were about 50/50 up/down. I didn't keep a mental tally of the ones that stayed the same. Not what you're asking for, specifically, but an older guesstimate.
  3. I think Stan Lee always referred to The Mandarin as "his arch-nemesis" when speaking about Iron Man.
  4. Until my Phase 1 re-watch last month, I never realized that the Ten Rings were referenced in Iron Man.
  5. The CGC mobile site works fine. I don't see any need for an app. They are already overworked.
  6. I'd "wing it" regardless of what film it's surpassing. I don't straight-dislike Avatar. It's really just inconsequential. Nothing to like. Nothing to hate.
  7. Respectfully disagree on Thanos and Ronin. Barton quit the Avengers for his family. Without that investment, all he knows is how to be a vigilante. No Fury or Coulson to lead him. Agreed that they kinda turned Thor into a joke for 90 mins, despite being 100% BA in the 3rd Act.
  8. 1st appearances are keys, yes? A book in-demand isn't a key. It's just a "book in-demand". Spawn #1 is a key, no matter how "in-demand" it is or how inexpensive it is.
  9. Inferring sarcasm is clearly not your strong suit.
  10. A Top-6 forward is a Top-6 forward, dude. /discussion-in-this-thread
  11. Yes, he was. He was a Top-6 forward in Colorado, and they were interested in re-signing him. When talking about leagues, it has nothing to do with Scott Stevens hitting people, because as I said, Kozlov took one. I retorted with strong Russian players because your comment insinuates that Russians can't compete with him at the NHL level. Clearly, they can. I am a hockey fan. Not a Red Wings fan. Again, my "Canadian wimps" comment was posted to even the playing field. There's no reason to call "Russian toughness" into question when comparing the 2 most competitive hockey leagues in the world. The NHL is #1. The KHL is #2 AINEC. The AHL is peanuts compared to the KHL.
  12. Is this Gabe reincarnated? Y'know, how you're such a b-hole in life, that you get reincarnated as a lesser being? Does this prove karma is real..?
  13. Nail Yakupov was on an upswing in the NHL when he bolted. The KHL still kept elite players like Evgeny Kuznetsov and Nikita Gusev for years after being desired by their NHL rights-holding teams. Are you being intentionally obtuse? Ovechkin was in the KHL for years before he was drafted and played in the NHL. He also played there in 2012-13 during the 3rd lockout... At this point I don't even know why I bother responding when you don't understand the subject. You're trying to insult Russian players. Even though some of the best players in NHL history are Russian. That's the point I'm making. Ovechkin is better than wimps like Esposito and Bossy (whose career was cut short since he's a Canadian wimp). Fedorov was a better pure athlete than any Canadian not named Gordie Howe (since durability and career length matter). Don't attempt to insult a country or a league based on false information. Niklas Kronwall killed quite a few Canadians like, Dany Heatley.
  14. Those comics aren't "scarce" and scarcity doesn't really matter. As has been shown, there are sometimes people with dozens of copies of a comic. They're worth whatever the market offers - regardless of print runs or sales numbers. I don't know why someone would even pay $50 for Avengers #12 considering that it has almost literally nothing to do with Endgame.
  15. Nail Yakupov isn't in the "twilight" of his career. Non-Russians join the KHL all the time. Cam Barker (a Canadian), etc. The KHL is the 2nd most competitive hockey league. No contest. As much as the KHL may "pale in comparison" to the NHL, the AHL pales that much in comparison to the KHL. Vyacheslav Kozlov, maybe? Alex Ovechkin is probably the best power forward the world has ever seen. He's Russian. I don't know why you would want to make some sort of statement about "taking a hit" about a certain country. Pavel Datsyuk was considered pound-for-pound the strongest player in the NHL for a decade. Sergei Fedorov was probably the most athletic player the NHL has ever seen in its history.
