  1. Opportunity missed. I would've died if you typed "potato" instead. 7.5 IMO.
  2. I like The Dark World. Other than the scientists contributing to the defeat of Malekith, I mostly enjoy that movie. It had stakes. It had deception. It was wonky and very comic-esque.
  3. I didn't intend for this to get serious. Neither have Stanley Cups (yet), so who cares? Nice to see other hockey fans among comic book fans.
  4. I like Iron Man 2, too. The Incredible Hulk (only because I like Ruffalo much more) and GotG Vol 2 are the only couple of MCU films that I can say I mostly dislike.
  5. Bring a box of tissues. I've always been one of seemingly a minority that loves Age of Ultron since Day 2 (first time I saw it, I was slightly confused by some elements, and needed the 2nd watch to hammer out my thoughts).
  6. They're both mostly useless, from a combative standpoint, which is why I wish they'd kill off all of the OG Avengers other than Thor (even then, I'd be happy with all 6 of them dying) in Endgame. They both served a purpose in Age of Ultron, though. Hawkeye had his secret hideout that they could gather their thoughts and Nat was able to bring Bruce back in the beginning and also bring out the Hulk at the end.
  7. Makes a lot of sense. Thanks for the post. FWIW, I left out that I was looking at an SS 9.9. Only 7 on the census. If I go big on a Spawn #1, I'll just wait until then end of time for one of the Gem Mints to pop up at auction.
  8. Sounds like no sweat to them. Excessive overreaction.
  9. How? I don't see this in the special look here. Don't forget that Marvel Studios and the Russo Bros are intentionally misleading you at every opportunity they get.
  10. Yeah, one of my friends said: "I think it'll become #1 all-time until Avatar 2 comes out." Avatar 2 doesn't have 1% of the hype that Endgame does, though. Aren't "experts" predicting close to a $300 million opening? It's insane.
  11. Now you're talkin'! I still have no idea how Avatar made that much. Must've been the 3D experience fees.
  12. What about all-time any movie, though? Over or under? Will it beat The Force Awakens, Titanic, and Avatar?
  13. Rumored "all-in" costs for Infinity War + Endgame are $900 million total. RDJ allegedly made $200 million of that total ($100 million for each). Edit: Other reports say $40-50 million per film, but that doesn't make sense, as he made $75 million for Age of Ultron.
  14. If you watched that "tickets available" trailer, I'm wondering if there's any significance to be made about Thanos' arrival. It would appear that he arrives via the Bifrost and not the Space Stone.
  15. Likely not in a movie that will define her powers. Thor + Stormbreaker probably can. But, yes, bring on the movie!
