    I wouldn't say that Aquaman was hyped. Word of mouth spread that it's a good movie - and it is. It suffers from some ecological tropes, as a modern Aquaman film always would, but it's an overall fun film. Aquaman was a punching bag of comic book heroes. The big screen put him on another radar. If you don't see why this was successful, well, I can't really do much else in the way of pointing you down the correct path. To each their own.

    That seemingly implies that the Joker character himself may not have much screen time? Kind of a turn-off, if so. I don't think many people care about much of the Joker's backstory. I don't.

    She's pretty much the same as Scarlet Witch, and she made her intro in an Avengers movie. So, no, you don't need to see Captain Marvel to understand Endgame. It was just fluff until the defining movie of the 21st Century hits theaters.

    You could "buy" a product without paying before..? Non-auctions..? I've only ever NOT been able top pay immediately when it was an auction/Best Offer. That's only if I know the auction ends within a few days of payday, or am sent an offer within a few days of payday. This is weird.

    I was just reading about it. Apparently it's only watchable if your TV is set to "brightest whites and darkest blacks" because of some scenes being difficult to discern without color. Your home probably has to be pitch black, too. I'll watch it some day.

    Not every movie should be full-bore fast-paced for the full run time. Logan is a perfect balance of brutal action and mostly-coherent storytelling (there are some outliers - no worse than any other X-Men movie - in fact most likely the least of any X-Men movie).
