The Last Jedi has a 30-minute side quest of drek that does literally nothing. It's also the only Star Wars primary that lacks a lightsaber duel. I didn't want or need them to pay more fan service to the older characters, but they literally destroyed Luke Skywalker's character. Light speed allows you to move at the speed of light - and therefor through other matter - so HOW THE F^&* DOES THAT (albeit beautiful in visuals) SHIP-THRU-SHIP SCENE EVEN WORK!? MARRY POPPINS LEIA. The Last Jedi is an abomination. I'll respect your opinion and leave you with what little I typed above. I honestly blackout in rage whenever I discuss how awful this movie is. If you'd like some more insight into how bad the movie is, there's a good video on YouTube about "subverting expectations", and how RJ has no idea how to write and direct a movie.

1 character (and variant on character) does not make a movie good. In fact, that makes it really bad that not a single other character is compelling enough for a fanboy like yourself to even mention. Just accept that Venom is awful, and on its best day, is not as good as Aquaman on its worst day. Budget-this and budget-that are just excuses. They cast turds alongside Hardy and it obviously shows.

Venom was never "so bad it's good". Aquaman can be brainless fun if you suspend disbelief. What is Venom, even? It doesn't commit to any genre. Outside of Tom Hardy the film is literally worthless. At least co-stars in Aquaman acted well (outside of Black Manta IMO). Venom is an incoherent mess that, without Hardy, is total garbage. If you want to contend this statement - go ahead - name 1 thing good about the movie that doesn't involve Tom Hardy.

If you're pointing fingers at Warner Bros. and Worlds of DC for having no freaking plan, then I'm right here with you. "Justice League Part II" was cancelled with Zack Snyder's firing. They recently started getting serious about casting for Green Lantern Corps, FYI. Everything else is pretty much up in the air. Still looking at scripts starring Cavill for Man of Steel 2 and still searching for a direct for The Flash (I think they ditched the concept of adapting Flashpoint). Edit: The Flash has directors that will start filming late this year. "Scheduled" for release in 2021.

Is it worse than Solo? I mean, I like both Kylo Ren and Rey (despite her characters existence as a Mary Sue) in TLJ. I didn't like anything in Solo. I guess, when you compare the reasons that they exist - TLJ being a main entry in the Star Wars saga, and Solo being just a spin-off tale - then I guess TLJ most certainly is the worst Star Wars film AINEC.

Considering that there are more than 100 Gem Mints, and you can buy one for < $500, no.
