Darn tootin. I'm extremely comfortable with you sending me books prior to payment. Gives me a chance to read some great comics and then return them. Credit to you for being both patient and more than reasonable.

I've noticed a particular newer member breaking out the with reckless abandon, probably in order to elevate the post count. I can't imagine a board member posting just to elevate his post count. How shallow and silly can we get?

I understand that you are just trying to fit in and complete a few transactions. I've had books shipped to me before I've paid for them by members I've never dealt with before. Give it a few more days, odds are the buyer just hasn't got around to paying. If payment doesn't arrive ask a long time board member to contact the buyer.

I would agree Darth, I hate sub. creases. The whole comic has been bent in half.

It's not all about superheros.

The large colour breaking crease on the top right front cover brings it down for me. Combined with the other top right crease and the bottom right creases bring it down to vg/fine at best for me. The super large scan does show off every single little defect but I can't ignore those creases.

A month is definately too long, especially if he has already received the books.

I'm assuming it took the books a week or so to get there so it has been over a week since the transaction began. I think a week is plenty of time unless he P.M.ed you and requested a delay. Not sure I would get too upset yet but another few days and you might post his name here. It is possible he is on holidays or in the hospital or a dozen other *fork* reasons. I did have a deal with a long time, well respected member who never paid or replyed to my messages after he agreed to buy.

That store might be worth another visit. Nice books.

Was in NY last September for ten days. Love that city. I enjoyed my visit to Metro, picked up ASM 14. Missed the Time Machine.

Kudos to cowright for 4 early Marvel Silver, ASM18, TTA 36, TTA 48 and Strange Tales 105. All as described and packed in a oversized box with lots of padding. Thanks Chris.

Kudos to Kimak for 2 Adam's Batmans and an FF upgrade, 3 very tightly graded comics. This guy knows how to grade folks.
