  1. i think it has some upside but the divot hurts ....to be in the 6.0 range it needs to be pretty much flat and clean to a certain degree but i don't think the cover reflects that. I'm new to this and my experiences have been shaped to reflect what i perceive as a new age of grading where even the slightest of deformations r viewed quite tough.
  2. hopefully u can get a 5.0 for this.....there looks like a crease on the back towards the bottom also...colors look good
  3. with the chipping on the front and back it could never b more than a 5.0 add the staining on back and the grade starts dropping
  4. does that effect it's grade if it has a common printing defect ?
  5. i always grade conservative side i'm thinking 3.5 but i hope u do better... p.s. i read an interesting article from a long time dealer who said he doesn't get any comics slabbed unless there already worth 75.00 So he grades his comic and looks it up and if it comes to at least 75.00 then he sends it off to CGC. I wonder what other people think of that philosophy ?
  6. its a great looking book but with the second small tear on the back i think it ends up a 5.0
  7. If it's a tear ...like 7.0 maybe......if it's a crease 7.5 p.s. luv da picture of Maxwell Smart playing Skittle Pool
  8. looks like another line coming out of the right hand on the back......the front looks good but the back worries me.....it's starting to look like an 8.0 but i'm a tough grader and people tend to grade higher than me......it's a new age in grading now and 2 me it seems the grading houses r very critical of even the smallest of items.......i'd like to think u can get at least an 8.5 but the stuff that i c in the recent past makes me think that this new age of graders being hired at the grading houses as they expand and get more business is that grading is not as kind as it once may have been. I'm probably wrong but i wonder what other people think and what there experiences have been.
  9. don't sell it till next year after the movie comes out.....all Thanos comics should c a bump in value
  10. U don't c this book very often...fair/good 1.5 it might b a tad higher
  11. is that a crease across the back cover ? If it is that will put a hurt on your grade.
  12. the back looks pretty good a couple of small tics but very nice
  13. it's hard to tell ...can't really c the front......r u thinking of getting this certified ? The reason i ask is i have like 5 of these in my collection and i wonder if i should get them slabbed.
  14. this is such a great book....that front bottom left corner appears 2 b beyond blunted so that would make it at best 2.5 hopefully u can get 3.0
  15. looks like a long crease against the spine and even though the back looks good except for that corner crease there appears 2 b just 2 many big tics along the spine and those issues on the front at the top.also a crease at the bottom... its probably 3.0 but hopefully u can get a 3.5 p.s. the cover still has good color
  16. A book length crease would put it at 3.0 or there about's but it does stop short of the entire book length and with the other problems with the back and top left corner somewhere around 3.5
  17. I don't think there's a chance it's higher than a 4.0 Cover is super cool with that " Buy War Bonds "
  18. what a great deal...front bottom left corner appears a little rough.....6.0
  19. book look's great and crease on the back appears to be minor 8.0
