how much is this reprint worth ? 6.0

yea i missed that stain on the back....with that there's no way its a 4.0 and is probably like a 2.5 that's a huge stain

i'd pay more attention to what other people say.......like triple J

the front cover looks really good except for the obvious problems,,,,the spine looks great.....the back has some problems as u say but with that front corner piece missing i think the grade drops down to a 4.0

that corner from the back does look pretty nasty..

doesn't appear to sit flat....some kind of roll going on...i think...top right corner appears to have some kind of crease which looks like it may go completely thru the book....looks like a roll going down the right side of cover.....some writing on the cover....looks like a dent coming out of the front spine....with some small tics...the back looks great but there looks to be some warping on the bottom edge...the cover does look somewhat amazing....and what great subject matter.....plus it doesn't hurt that history shows Helen Of Troy to b 1 of da worlds most ....well u get the point. I'm gonna say 6.0 but i would think a press will help flatten it out helping the grade improve. I would pay more attention to what others have 2 say.

i thought that was a folded corner ? How come I can't notice this water spot ? What am i missing Triple J ? I can't tell that's a water spot ....I'm a dumb dumb ..i guess i don't really know what a water spot looks like. It doesn't help that i've never even heard the term ( Water Spot ) It's never mentioned in my grading talking points review book i refer 2.

top left corner crease looks like it goes all way thru book...back looks really good except for some wear down the spine but very clean.....looks like some rounded corners....some tics on the spine with color break... colors are very nice........i'm gonna say 7.0

the book looks great but has those few issues u were talking about. Based on the tanning i think u start talking about something in the range of 7.0 I would think based on the high quality of the rest of the book it should b like a 7.5 p.s. I'm pretty sure others will grade it higher,,,that 1st page certainly doesn't appear to b very clean and looks like it has a lot of wear.

that crease appears to go thru the entire book..looks like a tape pull on her hand on front cover....rounded corners with little creases on all. R those slight staple tears on front top ? The cover does look to have a nice shine to it. That's gonna help da grade. There is a lot of edge wear front and back. Looks like more color break in her hair. Let me just say that the story line of this cover is just crazy cool. There appears to b a decent amount of cover wear even though it quite glossy. Lots of tics with color breaking. If there r no minor tears i would guess .............Moderate creases with moderate wear would put this at a 5.0 i think but the creases appear 2 b a little more substantial so as long as there isn't any tears i think 4.5 p.s. Damsel in distress story line is what makes this so great.

I luv da Rifleman ......where's Sheriff Micah when u need him. 2 bad he's not holding his Rifle in this picture i think that would add to comics value.

that pen mark really stands out.....bummer...but the cover looks pretty solid..the crease on the back sucks but its pretty faint...It looks like a 5.0 but with that crease on the back even though its very faint it does cover about half the length of the back...I just don't know if it can b a 5.0 with that crease so i'm gonna say 4.5

1.0 this is the 1 book i don't have that I must get at some point.....what 2 do.........

Nice and Insane...its good to know a book that looks like it could b a 9.4 gets graded as a 9.4 I always assume a lesser grade because it seems like these new graders that have been hired on at CGC have made there reputation by being quite critical in there certifying.

that's a nasty spine roll on amazing # 77 ... i luv that book ...i have a nice copy....have u ever thought of getting that good copy graded ? What causes a Spine Roll ? Is it like the same things that cause a Bend ?

1st G.L. the back looks tremendous ....the front... slightly rounded corners..... 1 corner slight double crease... some wear on bottom edge...spine has several tics with 1 semi large 1 with color break.... The back is so nice it will lift grade by itself i would think...colors r good...it's in a bag or something ......r these already graded ? I guess there just in Mylar or something. I'm gonna say 8.0 just because that back looks so good but normally i would go with 7.5 p.s. this book is amazing...... p.p.s. i'll look at the Xmen later ...these things take awhile for novices like me.

I thought they were kind of the same thing just because i didn't know any better.....who wants 2 teach me. I'm more advanced with the ways of The Force than I am with the ways of the Comic Grader.

whats the difference between a Spine Roll and a Bend ? I get the Bend is caused in long boxes when comics r stored and there not even with each other and 1 gets pinched. Isn't a Bend like a Spine Roll ? What about minus on a book that's graded with a Spine Roll vs one with a Bend . Do u subtract more for 1 than the other ? I get that a press can help a Bend but the same goes 4 a Spine Roll 2 doesn't it ? p.s. Triple Jay ...where r u ?
