cover presentation I think has a factor in the appeal and price of books besides the numerical grade given, I know personally as a collector that if there is a book that has a better cover appeal but lower numerical grade i would pick the one with a better cover presentation. Example i generally don't like the sun faded books even if it has a higher numerical grade i would pick the book that doesn't have the sun fade etc.. This is just me personally, but I am pretty sure many collectors fall under the same kind of thought and buying preference.

Correct me if I’m wrong but a long time ago cgc accepted walk ins for drop offs… did pandemic change this? might help to call cgc customer service and see if they make a special case for u to drop off the books in person since it’s very valuable and maybe do a walk in tier not sure on turn around on that but might be worth it as a vacation and peace of mind.

I would advise to at least do some high res scans of the book so you have great evidence if something goes wrong for the claim and insurance. I submitted my high value book at a local con that CGC attended so that helped a bit on the worry but even then I was worried a bit…

what is a micronaut? Lol no seriously... i know they came before transformers but we all grew up on transformers and the push from toy companies to sell us action figures, haha.

What cartoon is this or show I remember this as a child but can’t remember where or what it was called.

CGC use to come to canada it’s been awhile it was kind of nice to get your book signed in person with a witness there so you can still get the yellow label.. hopefully CGC can start making the con runs again like the good old days..
