I look at it as even if i am out of the competition and had a bad round it definitely helps you with your grading process and to improve your skills.

I used gpa and would recommend that for pricing I cancelled My subscription though during the pandemic for multiple reasons, etc… but might re subscribe as I’m starting to buy back books.. very useful if ur buying very often and buying keys or looking for a nice spot to enter the market… otherwise eBay research and yeah I’d go with your gut instinct and wallet depth as that generally dictates what you can and can’t buy

I have a feeling this has already happened as I noticed a drop on 181 and 180 as well been trying to snipe a nice bargain recently

As I said earlier… this story really has many of us with mixed feelings… the more I keep reading into it and finding out more makes me really go back and fourth on my feelings about this situation. At times I want to side with the father and at other times I want to side with the family. Either way hopefully everyone can find some peace and closure!

Thought I would share my office space/comic space don’t really display my comics don’t want they to get damaged from ambient sun light… but working on it might put some slabs up when I get a black out curtain for the door way… but anyways this is what I got so far

I feel so torn about this story… I mean on the one hand I felt bad for Dale that his family only now seems happy about his collection after they realize they won the lottery…. But they seem so bitter about it kind of but I understand that they said he alienated them no one was allowed to touch the books etc… and it caused a divorce… I wonder if she would of divorced him knowing it was a huge pay day down the road or not… but either way rest in peace and good luck to the family hopefully this moment everyone can find happiness and move forward in a positive way!

Is someone maybe hoping to press and clean that book to get a better grade?

Lol there are some weird sellers on eBay had a dude put 3k on a statue that generally sells for like 100$ in hopes he finds a crazy buyer.. who will pay through the roof quoted pez candy sales of some unique ones that are banned that he sold to some one to send to another person in the country it’s banned in… to each their own I guess

My thoughts are kind of the same way… but I think we are near the bottom as in canada census is rates will decline by end of 2023 to early 2024 that’s when I think prices will rise again…. I too am waiting on a great deal… on some key books for me… but I’m letting higher bids go ahead more than I’m use to do because of this thinking and what we are seeing… also need to keep some egg and milk money hahah

Not to burst bubbles or be that guy yelling sky is falling etc… but with this economy I would be shocked if we didn’t have a downwards trend for awhile Covid boosted the global economy that created a bunch on inflation and now with interest rates rising globally people have probably pulled back… also Wall Street taking a beating recently… I know I have pulled back on my comic purchases quite heavily… specially with groceries being so high etc… it’s probably the last bit of downs though I see next year it would probably climb up when rates relax and inflation eases!

Very interesting to see how the prices do as I am looking to get another copy…if it comes in my price range again! but other books have soften a bit so kinda hard to decide on where to put my limited funds . I need a lotto win so I can buy it all!!!!

I would maybe talk about it but not have as much details about the collection… just a sprinkle here of info. But get the deal completed and books in your possession first!
