Yup, I saw it but still not sure I see it getting all the way down to the 4.5 range, that seems awfully harsh. @Ryals you're gonna have to submit this one and update us in 9 months when you get it back so we can settle this!  

I'll go 2.0 but very tough to tell with it still in the bag.  Highly recommend taking it out of the bag for photos and starting off with a portrait pic of full front cover and portrait of full back cover.  Thanks for sharing it!

I'm at 2.5 because of all the damage on the back

I'd say a 4.0/4.5.  Front cover looks like a 5 but back cover and spine bring it down a bit for me

I struggle with those angled photos so maybe that's why I'm so far off the others but I'm at 8.5.  Right side of front cover looks to have some creases to me but, again, could be the photo.  And then back along spine looks dirty and bottom corner on back looks rounded.

But I'm usually consistently at least one half grade higher than @Zegerothso this is a head-scratcher for me and I'm smart enough to know the majority is wiser and probably right

I don't think a 1.0 is out of the question on this one.

I'm thinking 6.0 because agree it looks really dirty esp on that back cover.  That said I could easily see it bumping all the way to a 7.0 with a C/P.  

6.0 for me but to answer your question I don't have the experience in knowing how badly they will hammer that mega-crease.  And not sure if you get any extra leeway because it's a squarebound but please report back when you get the grade, really interested to know!

Interesting, that crease doesn't bring it down that far for me.  Still a solid 5.5 in my eyes, maybe even 6.0.  Back cover looks really nice.

Yeah, I'm at a 4.5/5.0 as-is with my big concerns being the water, the tear, and that top edge of the front cover.  Still a lovely book and real shame about the water.  Will you do a C&P or no?

That's definitely higher than I would have thought.  But I also still wouldn't think that same book would sell for $2000-$2400 raw, right?  If there was a guarantee it was going to come back an 8.5 slabbed then sure but my experience is buying the risk people are scared they missed something in the pics and it comes back a 7.0 and then they've way overpaid for it.  But that's just my IMHO would be really interested to hear what others think.  And/or @WilliamLunt do you mind giving a range?  Or you want to wait til you decide about it?  I'm certainly 100% not in the market - just curious!
