I picked this x-men 43 already graded off ebay last week when they had the 20% off sale.... it was already graded obviously, for the life of me I can not see what takes this book down to a 9.0. Could it just be the creme/off white pages?? Did the grader not have his coffee? A fight with his wife? LOL Thinking about cracking it and resubmitting... has nay one had experience doing that?

If I go to a show and get a book signed and witnessed, can i request pressing before grading at that point? Roy Thomas and Neal Adams will be at local show next month and i have a decent x-men 58 that needs a press but would never get it back in time. Thanks

Thank you for the reassurance, but being an avid comic collector I kind of feel original art is the natural progression but i think at this time I will put off the covers and splash pages of published art that catch my eye and rather invest that into holes in my comic collection and just enjoy my simple commission...lol
