  1. Not mine but one of my favorites
  2. I can't believe there is a market for VHS tapes at all. What's next, slabbed 8-track tapes? Sheesh. 78s
  3. I remember what this was about. Good times. I should get one of those made up
  4. He has an owl-like quality Looking at that makes me want to hawk up an owl pellet
  5. Inked by Springer That's almost as bad as the issue of Avengers Spotlight I once saw by Heck and Milgrom
  6. I'm reminded of several early issues of Web of Spiderman that had nice covers by Vess or Byrne and then when you opened it up you were treated to stuff like Greg LaRocque and Jim Mooney. Not that those guys were ever as bad as Robbins or Coletta but it sure was pedestrian.
  7. Adams' work is some of the prettiest and dynamic ever in comics (at least up until the 80s) and I love his stuff but for sheer creativity and impact, I always go back to Kirby. When looking at the whole picture, it's not a contest but that's just me. To go off topic here, I prefer Wrightson, Kubert, and Heath over Adams.
  8. It would be problematic for CGC to slab D&D modules and other accessories. A lot of them had loose covers. They'd have to be very careful about version control and people trying to slab a version of one module with the cover of a different version. For instance, B2 Keep on the Borderlands had eight printings. Not to mention many of those modules had multiple books, removable pages, fold out maps, map booklets, and inserts. Completeness would be a big issue as well. I'm not saying they couldn't do it but a lot of research would have to go into the process.
  9. Carnage is a silly character. Let's take a symbiote and put it on a serial killer.
  10. And who vets this information for accuracy and legitimacy?
  11. I don't know, I can't see The Stranger with a boom stick
  12. What are you trying to say? When I read it my brain inserted "quick press" into the equation but obviously he never states that he's going to use that, and he shouldn't. However, regarding fast track? It's a way to milk even more money out of impatient people while still requiring them to wait far too long to get their comics back.
  13. yes do it, it will be worth six million dollars, man fixed
  14. Thinking takes all the fun out of it. GOD BLESS.... That explains CGC's current quality control process
  15. A great idea! Good god! Why didn't think of that when grading my own comics?
  16. I'm all-natural, you're just puffing your chest out. It's more like kind of a long exhale. Too bad the character limit wasn't higher. It'd be really obnoxious then
  17. Someone nerf this man's abominable username. Pot, meet kettle
