  1. Great picks. Just wanted to give your work a quick acknowledgement and respect. I will study it, compare it to your other lists, and view the landscape thru your eyes. Thank you. One observation: with the passing of Stan Lee, there’s an argument Cap 3 should be in the list somewhere
  2. Squeggs! That’s you with the 9.0??!! Well done! oh hey. Those Australian Reggie covers are not Bob Montana, right?
  3. +1 on the MF 52! Or Hourman. Or Manhunter. Or, dare I say it? Sandman
  4. I agree. That particular copy of the book hasn’t gotten the respect it deserves. Maybe the tan pages scared people off . . .
  5. Me too. And i hear there’s nothing worth a look inside the book, either
  6. It’s hard for me to accept anything past 1968 as a mega key, even though a Hulk 181 just went for $59k in Clink this week. The mega keys for me are Tec 27, Action 1, Bat 1, Cap 1. I don’t think All American 16 is a mega key mostly because Green Lantern is of little importance to me.
  7. Now isn’t that a name associated with some controversy?
  8. I guess this book has to be a part of any hillbilly discussion, but I still categorize this, based on what the robot is doing to poor granny, as an unintentionally funny cover.
  9. Us victims of this hobby succumbed to our addiction demons long ago
  10. I feel like coded messages are being sent back and forth and I’m missing them all. It sounds like TwoPiece might be friends with the victim and has some intel on the matter. Or am I misreading the smoke signals here?
  11. That’s a terrible story. But, and I’m sorry for my ignorance, what is SCS damage?
  12. Spoken like someone who is sitting on 2 or 3
  13. I agree, but tec27 would require a collection reconfiguration I’m not prepared to make
  14. Truly. It’s hard to justify selling stock at their low, to get into comics. But on the other hand, who knows how much lower stocks will go, given what is happening to this country. So despite the depressed prices, maybe 6 months from now it’ll seem like a genius move to get out of it now and put it in comics. Conundrum!
