  1. Oh okay, you just said you'd be under water if it was a 9.6 so I assumed you were selling and did not want to lose.
  2. Worn but decent. I will say 3.0, maybe 3.5
  3. It looks like the staple is completely detached at the bottom there but your interior pic seems to show it hanging on for dear life. Because of that, I am down around 4.5-5.0. Otherwise would be closer to the Fine range.
  4. I would say it is a 1.8...maybe a 2.0 but I feel there is a lot of things going on preventing it from getting there.
  5. Nice! The slight tanning and sun shadow on back along with general edge wear has me around 5.0. Maybe a 5.5.
  6. Small nick/very very very small piece missing on bottom FC edge. I also think something 9.0, possibly 9.2 is obtainable here. If grading, definitely consider pressing to maximize potential on it.
  7. Possibility? Sure If you are having it signed and graded and are hoping for a 9.8 to sell it, well then there will always be that gamble. Can you live with it if it does come back a 9.6? If not, don't grade. Because to me, on this one it is between 9.6-9.8
  8. It looks more brittle in the pic. If pages aren't, I think 3.5 is an outside possibility.
  9. For all the above reasons (and because it looks like someone coloured Spidey's eye), 3.0
  10. Third vote for a 5.5-6.0 with the higher more likely after a press/clean.
  11. Something seems off about the front cover. I am NOT a good judge of being able to detect restoration but my Spidey sense is tingling about something. If all legit, I am at a 6.0-6.5. Mainly for the edge chipping and small stain on inside of cover. Otherwise, this could be 7.0-7.5 easy. But again, something about how sharp and black the title and top area looks is making me feel funny. However, I don't see any signs of anything on the inside cover so I could be very very wrong.
  12. Ahhhh she looks like she gives off a nice old comic smell For me, the page quality looks lower. Very rounded corners, small chunk missing. Presents nicely though, I will say 2.5-3.0
  13. ^$350!?!!? Honestly, I think that is way off base. CGC 9.8's unsigned have sold for as low as $11 and as high as $40. The signature could add a bit of value for those who like stuff signed by Kirkman. I wouldn't consider his autograph that rare so for me, your book has a value in the $50-75 range at best.
  14. I will second a 3.0-3.5 grade. It’s a little too wrinkly and too much edge and spine wear. Although it could....could...get a 4.0
  15. I've never hunted autographs specifically. The ones I have have happened into my collection. My Gil Kane signed ASM 97 was a fluke ebay buy over a decade ago. My Daredevil issue (can't even remember which one) signed by Miller is in the margins and came in a lot. Was never advertised and I just assume it is real. The issue is high grade so whether it is or isnt does not bother me as it is in the margins. My ASM 239 signed by John Romita Jr. is on the cover and was also only a couple of bucks. And finally, the only signature I have had done in person was by a friend who took my ASM 97 to the Fan Expo in Toronto a couple years ago now to have Stan sign the cover. None of these books will ever be (by me anyways). They are all assumed real by me which is all that matters.
  16. Scored some record sets, which I love. Records included! Hope they work! For $10 I will take em! Then, some Cap Marvel issues from Starlin's run. These always seemed so pricey but these look Fine ish maybe better and so for $7-8 a piece, I could not say no.
  17. I reported some of the items on here as this seller is still active. Shame.
  18. I am in the 3.0-3.5 range, leaning on the higher side. Even with the creasing, it presents well. Too nice to be a 2.0 IMO.
  19. 5.0-5.5 without a press. I think it has 6.0 potential with a press, mainly to smooth out that front cover.
  20. I will say 4.0-4.5 with the staining. More towards the 4.0 side but hey, if you get a 4.5 or dare I say a 5.0, you should be elated.
  21. I would do it. I think 8.5 is obtainable. I will second the confusion with the grader notes...where is this large crease on the front cover!?!
  22. I will second something in the 6.0-7.5 range. The wear along spine and edges seems to fit that grade range. The back cover has some soiling or is it foxing to the bottom? Not sure if that can be cleaned. If so, could see it getting closer to a 7.0.
