It was just a tongue in cheek fanboy line to highlight, IMHO, the awesomeness of the 2 characters. A shame how disappointIng that Netflix Godzilla series was.

For those of you who have used a 3rd party presser, once they have delivered the books to CGC and CGC then ships them back to you - do you get any notice from the post office/UPS/FedEx that they are in transit (ie an email notification and/or confirmation number) or would that info go back to the presser?
-
Don't apologize getting a poor copy of a book you always wanted - you should see my copy of Green Lantern 76! Pressing won't help the coloring breaking creases (some quite long) plus the corners, rusted staples and what looks like a water stain on the inside I'd guess around a 3.0 and I'm not sure that would improve that (though I am by no means knowledgable on pressing) You can look at recent Ebay sales for 2.5 vs 3 vs 3.5 or online price guides/gocollect to get a general idea of the price diffs.

Thanks, no it shouldn't have. White background of scanner vs white edge of cover. I should've put something colored on top of the book. -

PGM FF 48 & Hulk 181

always nice to find those big books - regardless of the shape. I remember back in the day going thru the bins of my LCS and the joy of finding a key book. -
The look to have right side corners look to have dings/creases. The lower left is more obvious. Few spots along the edges. Main part of cover looks great! A good quality scan really helps as you can blow it up and get a good look for small defects. Or it can be really depressing sometimes! I'll go along with 7.0-7.5

Damn, u get up early! I wonder if heavier covers like that can be pressed to lessen the severity of the spine crease. -

I see what comicginger sees. Back cover may have a small spot by the spine just under 'Megaforce'. I think that crease by the top staple would keep it from a 9.4 . Just from reading comic grading scales none of them mention color breaking cases in the mint categories. But the rest of the book looks great so I find it tough to balance 1 'important' flaw which knocks it down compared to the rest of the book which looks great. So 9.2- but what do I know.....

I'll guess 6.0. Maybe that longer crease by the ULC keeps it from 6.5

i see some small color breaking creases - on the bottom edge by the staple and another next to the bottom staple plus several spine tics. some back cover small spots Nice book!

you'll get more responses with a back cover pic/scan (eg poss soiling/stain issues) and a pic of an interior page Looks like a thin long color breaking crease on the TRC and a much smaller one of the LRC, a chip on the top front plus a few spine creases (spine looks good for an old book) My very amateur guess (which assumes no major issues inside or on back cover) is

wow that is in nice condition for a book that old. Looks like some of the corners have a tiny bit of wear so I'll guess PS - that's a great profile pic -
