Sorry if this has been asked before, but after years of reading x-men I somehow just now realized that 214 direct edition doesn’t have the spiderman corner box. What is the reason for this? Did other issues do this too?

Star Wars 1 came out before the movie was released so instead of first appearance “in comics” shouldn’t it be first appearance?

And why are we talking about sub-mariner? I’m confused 😐

I was a kid and this was held at the old NY Coliseum at Columbus Circle that is now the Time Warner Center.

Ill find it and post a pic and see if there are any differences in the printing.

I don’t need high grade, I’ll look at raws. I’m only about 15 issues from completing the run. I do wish netflix would go ahead and announce a 2nd season.

A lot of my Joe books look like that 😄. I restapled a lot of my books as a kid after the covers came loose, I wonder if cgc would catch that restoration 😂

Midtown had number 1’s signed by Tynion for cover price for a long time, I ordered a couple. I thought the story was decent, I don’t know why it’s not catching on?

3 special missions issues made key collector’s hot 10 runners up list this week (4, 7, and 13) that’s odd isn’t it?

I bought a ton of Department of Truth. I really got into it for a few months, kind of feel like I have too many now 🤷‍♂️

How can a company sell for mountains of money and immediately get so much worse? 😕

 Athough they certainly aren’t modern they are all the same dimensions, right? Vs silver and golden age, is that the reason?
